My name is Sandy Pratt. I spent over 25 years in corporate and retail management, and I left that career two years ago to start Sandy Cares LLC.
Running stores at a national level taught me exactly what it takes to make a space ready for customers, patients, and clients. Clean windows, spotless floors, dust-free fixtures. That first impression matters, and I take it seriously every single time.
Sandy Cares is woman-owned and fully insured for both commercial and residential cleaning. I am personally involved in every cleaning. I bring employees when the job calls for it, but my eyes are on every space, every time.
Accountability and communication are not talking points for me. They are how I run my business.
What 25 Years in Management Taught Me About Clean
A store manager's job is making sure the space is ready before the door opens. That means clean windows, baseboards wiped down, floors spotless, and nothing out of place. I won national and global awards doing that work. Now I bring those same standards to every business and home I clean.
I do this so my clients do not have to. When the space is ready, your customers can focus on why they came in. Engineers can start at 8 a.m. without someone cleaning around them. Physical therapy patients can lie down on a clean table and walk on a floor with no crumbs underfoot. That is the whole point.
I also managed through COVID, running the kind of detailed hourly cleaning protocols that kept stores open and kept people safe. I know what it takes to make a space feel comfortable enough that customers, patients, and staff want to spend their time there, even during a global pandemic.

When I'm Not Bringing Sparkle to Spaces
When I'm not cleaning, I'm probably cuddling one of my cats. I also make a natural deodorant called Happy Pits by hand. You can find them on my Etsy shop.
Animals are a big part of my life. In 2025 I made over 1,100 pet sitting visits for more than 50 clients. If you want to hear what they say about how I show up, my Rover profile has the reviews.
My partner and I have been together for 19 years. We love hiking and day trips with family. We got a Sprinter van so we can load up my dad's scooter and bring my parents along for the adventures too.
